Consuming a healthy diet is very essential. Not only a healthy diet but the diet should be well balanced as it will keep your weight also balanced. Since processed food has become a habit in this century, diet has become a main cause of cancer. Several such studies are under progress and so is European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition which got funds from Cancer Research UK which is the largest study till date to determine the connection between cancer and diet. Under this study, more than 5000,000 people who are from 10 different European countries are involved and are being observed for a lot of years.

A person who eats a lot of fruits and vegetables has a lower risk of mouth, lung and throat cancer since they are a healthy source of getting all the vitamins, fiber and minerals needed for the body and they will maintain your healthy weight as well.
